..have a website for each business? Right now we have only one website to promote 7 different businesses (all owned by the same person but in different locations). Specifically, the owner is wanting to really push the garden fountains because spring is coming, I just wonder if “WaterWorks” had it’s own website if google would pick it up better? Can this be true about SEO specially on Google Search?
well, there is a local SEO company, well known and trusted in my city that states ” They can get my site to be on first page of Google search” I select 3 keyboards and if someone search this keyboards on google my website will show on first page of Google. They states it will stay for a couple of weeks and after that it depends to the quality of your website and it might go down or stay forever.
They charge $ 150 for this service. But, they do not need to access my website setting to change the links or meta tags or anything. The only thing they want from me is my website address and the keyboards I want and I have to give them 30 days delivery time.
How this is possible and how they can do this when they DONT even log in into my website administration.
Any thoughts that how this could be done in 30 days without changing anything on my side such as meta tags and …….???

I am not a complete noob and have good understanding and great passion in World wide web Marketing and SEO/SEM – I study and read daily. I would say I have a tiny over a year’s experience. What should a growing SEO company pay in the US for a full time salaried position? How about in the say of Georgia? I just dont have a BA/BS yet but that shouldn’t matter when it comes to this field – it’s what you can do and how well you can do it.

Hi, I got a 7 years of experience in seo, I was doing an on the web job with a US based seo company my job duties were ppc campaign creation, handling and optimization, complete keyword research for client’s campaign, web research for one way link building, Comment posting in dofollow blogs n forums and other link building tactics.THE PROBLEM is I got a vast exp but got no opportunity here in Pakistan, I need to get a suitable on the web job in order to manage my living here BUT not those fake sites having a “sales pitch” like MAKE MONEY On the web or some stupid stuff like that.

So what is some of the fastest ways to promote your company on the internet? I can think of PPC so far being the best. SEO takes too long. Besides craigslist, myspace, email marketing, what is the fastest way that you can get your name out there instantly. Instance is the key.

I did some NATURAL seo work for a local company that sold goods on amazon and ebay?
i listed them on all the local search engines,reviewed nearly everything they had on amazon with a review of at least 4 or 5 stars wrote blogs claimed their business listing on mantra and on each site they were listed i made sure they had a 5 star review.this was over a two year time period.I used google the other day and looked up wholesale and their they were #1 under the sponsored ads.wow i could not believe my eyes all that work really paid off.they stated they got health insurance and a new van this year because they were doing so well.did i have anything to do with them getting so busy so fast and if i did just by my seo work how can i prove it to them so i can make some money or get some credit?

SEO: Should I Dump This Company?
During the month of Jan. , I put an auction bid on a project using getafreelancer.com/. The owner of this auction contacted me by e-mail saying he had like to do a trial period with me. He asked me to send him a proposal for link building for a client of his. The proposal was sent while using microsoft word.
However, I have yet to get this job. He has told me it takes time to receive answer. Mean while he asked me to send him another proposal for another website. This proposal was just for writting up an advisory report. My proposal was sent on March 10, 2007. Here it is March 27 and still no answer.
I finally emailed him saying, “I’d like answer by end of today. Time is $ $ $ .”
This company/person keeps making promises to get me work but has yet to deliver. Should I wait it out or dump this company/person?
